Users repeatedly receive links to supposed competitions. But in the end it's not about a voucher, but about personal data.

There is currently a link circulating that leads to an alleged competition. The user is lured with an Aldi voucher worth 500 euros.

And this is how it works:

You will receive the above message from a contact via WhatsApp or other messenger! If a “friend” sends this, then it must be true, right?

As soon as you follow the link, the following website opens:

The phrase that the offer is only valid today is an attempt to put pressure on the user so that they click faster.

The question round is unimportant, no matter what answers you give, you always get to where the creators of such competitions want the users to go.

Aldi vouchers are still being enticed. The countdown builds up pressure again so that the user clicks faster and is perhaps distracted from the fact that it is a competition from Naturvel PTE.LTD. and Aldi has nothing to do with it.

Because it is actually a so-called affiliate program .

This attracts with Aldi's corporate design and you are apparently “rewarded”, but that is not the case, because this is purely about collecting user data , the “participant” has to fill out a competition form!

In passing, it should be noted that you agree that the organizer and around 24 main sponsors and other third parties may inform the user about offers by email, push notification, by post and or even by telephone.

In plain English – the user is “delighted” with masses of advertising and still doesn’t get an Aldi voucher in the end.

Data collector and lead generator

We have often found EXACTLY THIS method, just with other vouchers as a lure. So collect next to Naturvel PTE.LTD. other lead generators use the same method - much to the annoyance of the companies used as decoys.

So far we have mostly noticed Proleagion, adpublisher, red lemon media GmbH, Lead Spot Media, 7sections GmbH and Planet49.

KEEP AWAY FROM COMPETITIONS like this! Nobody has anything to give away.

Further:

The linked affiliate/commission programs at the end of these decoy competitions can vary.

The data trading competitions still represent a harmless outcome, and expensive subscription services can also be linked at the end of these fake competitions!
