The claim

A BILD article says that Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock is planning a famine in Germany and then blaming Russia for it.

Our conclusion

The article in the sharepic is clearly marked as “parody”, and such or similar reports cannot be found in any other media.

It's a little despairing: there are enough trolls on the Internet who just want to add fuel to the fire of a discussion, but to be fair they at least make their fakes clearly visible - and yet there are enough users who apparently don't waste half a second to take a closer look and spread it bluntly because it fits into your own narrative.
Like this fake article from BILD, which supposedly says that Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock is planning a famine in Germany and then blaming Russia for it.

This sharepic is:

A fake BILD article about Baerbock and the planned famine
A fake BILD article about Baerbock and the planned famine

The text of the fake article:

“After a telephone conversation with Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov, Federal Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock threatened further sanctions if Russia did not withdraw its troops from Ukraine. A famine is planned in Germany in order to place the historical blame on Russia for the starvation of many Germans.”

Not hard to debunk

Apart from a few spelling and stylistic comma errors in the text and the only approximately correct design, another detail in the sharepic also catches the eye:

Not really hidden: "parody"
Not really hidden: “parody”

appear again and again : screenshots of alleged articles from popular media that have, however, been more or less clumsily faked, such as HERE , HERE and HERE . A possible reason why they are so widespread despite being labeled as “parodies” is that many people don’t look closely at their cell phone screens, only see the bold headlines that confirm their own narrative and overlook the label.

Conclusion

No, Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock is not planning a famine in Germany, for which she can then blame Russia. Such or a similar message cannot be found in any other medium - which would certainly be the case with such a message.

It is simply a clumsy, rather poorly manufactured fake.
