It is convenient to place sports bets over the Internet, but there are black sheep too!

At first glance, the online betting office “SportBetting365” is reminiscent of numerous real betting offers and online casinos. However, upon closer inspection, major flaws become apparent: For example, there is no imprint. Deposits are extremely easy, but withdrawals are practically impossible.

The site promises good betting odds and is similar to well-known betting offers. However, money deposited is lost here, because anyone who wants to have their own winnings paid out will be asked to make further payments for alleged taxes. If you pay these too, you increase your losses.

How can you recognize the fraud?

There are some indications of the fraudulent intentions of the operators of sportbetting-365.com:

  • There is no imprint on the website. This makes it impossible to find out who you are dealing with.
  • The terms and conditions are poorly implemented and leave countless questions unanswered.
  • Deposits are possible from 30 euros. Withdrawals, however, are only possible from 1500 euros.
  • Anyone who requests a payout should pay flat-rate tax amounts. For payouts of 2,499 to 5,000 euros, 320 euros must be transferred in advance.
  • All social media links on the website do not work. They lead to the home page or to error messages.

What can you do after payments?

Anyone who has already transferred money on such websites should report it to the police. We describe how this works in How do I make an ad? .

We also recommend contacting the chosen payment service provider. Under certain circumstances, it may be possible to initiate a recovery of certain amounts. However, there is no legal claim to this against the payment service provider.

We strongly advise against any further payments to sportbetting-365.com, even if it is promised that this will supposedly result in repayments.
