The contents in the email are not correct; it is blackmail under the pretext of having highly personal video material of the users.
In this case, whether you actually visit “dirty sites” from time to time or not, whether you give in to one or another natural desire, or whether you have “never had anything to do with it in your life for heaven’s sake!” doesn't matter.
Email with spicy content
Here is a summary of what the email is about: A hacker gained access to the system via the wireless network using a “custom-made computer virus”.
On the one hand, he was able to access all login data for social networks, emails, contacts, etc. He would also have access to the browser history and the webcam. Here he could see that the user often visits “adult websites” and has a good time masturbating.

The result: The hacker now has recordings from the webcam as well as recordings of the dirty sites visited. He has now put these together and “wishes for an Oscar” for that.
You would now have the choice:
- This “special video”, along with a lot of private information, is shared with all contacts on social networks, or...
- ... you comply with the request to transfer 1400 USD in the form of Bitcoin. This would delete all data. However, you have to react and transfer within two days.
“Now it is your responsibility to either play dumb or think carefully about your possible future and act wisely” - were the closing words.
Blackmail!
Whether the allegations in the email are true or not makes no difference. The sender of this email wants to force you to act and thinks you have to comply with his demand.
Apart from the fact that it is nothing forbidden, this is blackmail or sextortion (sextortion includes the terms sex and extortion - English for blackmail). And blackmail is definitely forbidden or punishable!
The police therefore not complying with the demands and filing a report at the nearest police station .
- Don't transfer money! The blackmail usually doesn't stop after the payment.
- Report to the police.
- Do not respond to messages, stop contact with anonymous people immediately.
- Save chat histories, messages, emails using screenshots.
