The photo of the calendar can be seen again and again when the topic of “gender” is discussed. Supposedly the calendar says “Epiphany” on January 6th, but it is much more likely that this was never on an official calendar. Why? We'll show you that here! This photo is:

It is clear that this is not a paper calendar, but was photographed on a monitor, which is clearly visible in a better quality version of the photo, which is also circulating:

To the calendar
The photo appeared more frequently in December 2020, and on January 6, 2021 the holiday actually fell on a Wednesday, so it was a current calendar for the coming year at the time.
What is striking: Berchtold's Day is only a public holiday in Switzerland on January 2nd, which suggests that the calendar comes from Switzerland. On January 4, 2021, a blog on the photo. A satirical article mentions that it is the pharmacy calendar in Switzerland.
What we didn't find:
The exact calendar that can be seen in the photo, neither online nor in printed form. Also no more photos or articles about the gendered wise men from the East, although there should be a huge outcry.
What we found:
An easy way to create such a fake.
At Calendarpedia (see HERE and edit such calendars in Excel and Word format, among others . So we just did this and photographed it:

And now we have the holiday in “St. Renamed “Three Oida”!
Conclusion
It is very likely that someone was simply making a joke about the gender debate with the photographed calendar and the “Epiphany” holiday. Such an entry is very easy to forge.
By the way, as a widely circulated text by an unknown author shows, they couldn't have been queens at all 😉
1. They would have simply asked for directions
2. They would have arrived on time
3. They would have helped with the birth
4. They would have cleaned the stable
5. They would have brought meaningful gifts and also something to eat
But….during the journey home they said:
1. Have you seen the sandals that Mary wears with her tunic?
2. They say Joseph is unemployed…
3. How do they even cope with all the animals in the house?
4. Let's see when we get the bowl back in which we brought the lasagne!?
5. The little one looks nothing like Joseph!
6. Have you seen the scruffy guests with the critters?
7. “Virgin”? That I don't laugh! I know Maria from before...
