The “Chancellor File” is like the Necronomicon , Disk 22 in “Secret of Monkey Island” or the Pokémon Creepy Black Edition : Many people talk about it, but no one has actually ever seen it.
However, the supposed proof of the existence of these files is now being dug up again in order to be able to put forward the theory that NATO had been planning a war against Russia decades ago. Chancellor Scholz is said to have been forced to approve this, which is also in the “Chancellor’s file” – which no one knows. However, the document in which the “Chancellor's file” is mentioned is, in many respects, a transparent forgery from the mothballs of the Internet.

The claims

An ominous typewritten letter is intended to prove that NATO's war against Russia was planned decades ago - but without the letter saying anything about it:

Claims about the "Chancellor's file"
Claims about the “Chancellor’s file”

"Is that true? NATO had been preparing for war against Russia for a long time and forced Chancellor Scholz to approve it in January. Long before President Putin invaded anywhere. You can find that in the Chancellor’s file.”

Here is the letter in its entirety:

The ominous letter
The ominous letter

The core text of the letter:

Dear Minister,

Copy No. 4 of the secret state treaty between the AAllied powers and the provisional government of West Germany on May 21, 1949 have finally been lost.

The secret state treaty reveals, among other things:

  • Allied media sovereignty powers via German newspaper and radio media until the year 2099,
  • the so-called “Chancellor Act”, i.e. the document that every Federal Chancellor in Germany has to sign by order of the Allies before taking the oath of office,
  • and the seizure of the Federal Republic of Germany's gold reserves by the Allies.

If copy No. 4 of the secret state treaty falls into the wrong hands, I strongly recommend that it be authentic to deny.

Yours faithfully
Dr. Rickerman
Minister of State

We have already marked three blatant spelling errors in yellow that should not actually occur in such a letter. But there are many more inconsistencies!

A gross fake

Independent News website claimed that there was a secret additional agreement to the Basic Law, according to which media sovereignty would remain with the Allied powers until 2099. This letter was cited as a “teaser” for a book that was to be published about it.

Afterwards we heard: Nothing. Apparently this book wasn't published anywhere, it was just this one letter, which also contains something about a "Chancellor's file", the definition of which is also kindly explained, which is somehow strange when every politician should know these files - but that's how they are Well, villains: You know from bad films that you have to explain everything again.

Over the years, this letter has appeared again and again, mainly in Reich citizen circles, in order to “prove” that the Federal Republic of Germany is not a sovereign state. After all, it is now clear that every chancellor must sign the “Chancellor Act” - which, if we Haven't mentioned it yet, no one has ever seen it!

As early as 2011, the page “ Correctness ” reported that the author of the letter became known in September 2006. The Political Background Information (PHI) site, which disseminated a great deal of unverifiable information at the time, wrote with astonishing candor:

This story is based on a complete fabrication by a Mr. M. from Munich , who has since died and was a long-time subscriber to PHI and a personal friend of a PHI editor. This man was a staunch nationalist. He showed our editor the original of his forgery and the old typewriter with which he had made it and explained accordingly that the victors and the Jews had forged so many documents to the detriment of Germany, so he had also falsified something in order to protect the authority of the, how He called it to undermine the "West German puppet government" and he also made up a story about it, namely that the Federal Chancellery would be looking for a copy or correspondence about these Chancellery files. Our Mr. M invented this correspondence and sent it to various right-wing associations, which diligently copied this copy until an American professor even wrote a book about the invented story.

The book mentioned in the last sentence by a certain Prof. Dr. Dr. However, James Shirley is nowhere to be found. The Hearst Corporation, which is said to have published the book, has never heard of James Shirley, let alone published a book by the man.

But let's now come to the other errors in this letter in bullet points:

  • Apparently the Federal Intelligence Service, from which the letter is supposed to come, didn't even have paper with letterheads in 1992 (or 1996, the date at the bottom right is not easy to read).
  • It is an external letter “for ministers only”, but does not contain an internal address
  • Ministers of State are appointed on the recommendation of the Federal Chancellor and is the official title of a high-ranking government representative. However, there are no ministers of state at the Federal Intelligence Service; at most there are only career civil servants.
  • From this, the forger apparently thought that the BND would be run by a ministry, similar to the Stasi in the GDR, but this is not the case: it is a higher federal authority with employed civil servants.
  • That Dr. Rickermann is not even in the upper hierarchy of the BND, but according to the letter apparently head of “Control Department II/OP” – i.e. a department head.
  • The Federal Republic of Germany was founded on May 23, 1949. However, the letter is dated May 21, 1949 as a “secret state treaty”, i.e. two days earlier, before the state even existed.

There are many more dubious points in the letter, which have been analyzed in detail over the years and which can be found,
Correctness ”, “ Hypotheses ”, “ Marjorie-Wiki ” and “ Sonnenstaatland Even “Compact,” which is otherwise quite open to conspiracy myths, wrote in an older article (archived HERE ): “ The Chancellor’s file that is circulating on the Internet is definitely a fake .”

Let's summarize

The widespread letter can be exposed as a forgery in many respects. In 2006, the forger even revealed himself in detail. The “Chancellor’s file” mentioned in the fake letter, which in true villain style also explains what it contains, even though the ministers should actually know it, never appeared anywhere anyway.

commented on it in 2007 :

“The “secret state treaty” that you mention belongs to the realm of legends. This state treaty does not exist. And of course the Chancellor did not have to sign a so-called “Chancellor Act” on the orders of the Allies before taking her oath of office. The short answer requested is therefore: no.”

The letter that mentions the “Chancellor’s file” is clearly a forgery. Even in the letter, NATO's planned war against Russia is not even mentioned, in any case not in a "Chancellor's file" that does not exist anywhere.

No, US Nazis don't pose with a Jesus Trump picture!
