A sharepic depicts a tweet about the shortage of nursing staff at the Charité children's cancer clinic in Berlin. The bottom line: THESE are the real reasons to be concerned.
The Berliner Charité is the oldest hospital in Berlin. With over 3,000 beds, it is also one of the largest university hospitals in Europe and is therefore well known.
Now a sharepic appeared showing the content of a tweet. This tweet originally came from the account Kaffeecup and was published on December 11, 2019 ( see here ). The entire text reads:

The children's cancer clinic at the Berlin Charité, one of the largest university hospitals in Europe, is currently no longer accepting children due to a lack of nursing staff (!). Dear “concerned citizens”: If you are looking for real reasons to be worried about Germany, this would be one!

The question at this point: Is the Berlin Charité actually no longer accepting children into the children's cancer clinic due to a lack of nursing staff?
The fact check
Unfortunately, and this must be emphasized, the fact check here is quite easy and the result is clear: the author of the tweet is not spreading a fake. a press release about this on December 11, 2019 :

The pediatric clinic with a focus on oncology and hematology at the Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin was temporarily unable to accept any new patients. All ongoing patient treatments have been secured. At no time was there any patient danger. The Charité will be able to accept new patients in pediatric oncology again from Christmas week at the latest.
All university children's hospitals in Germany suffer from a lack of highly specialized nursing staff. The Charité is also affected. The care of children and adolescents, especially with oncological diseases, is the highest priority for Berlin University Medicine.
A number of short-term measures have been taken to address the current restrictions. This includes ensuring ongoing patient treatments. In order to ensure the treatment of new patients who could not currently be treated at the Charité , collegial contact with pediatric oncology centers was established in advance. As part of these agreements, a total of two patients were admitted to the pediatric oncology department at the Helios Klinikum Berlin-Buch.
