Crizpy: Let's put social media where it's most fun.

No matter how exciting and varied the working day is, it's already lurking after lunch: the midday slump, also known as the “soup coma”. But it's not just the time after eating that makes us tired, other factors also influence our attention and concentration.

What can you do about constant tiredness?
Drink! What is meant here is not coffee, but water. Those who work with concentration often forget to drink. But if the fluid balance in the body is unbalanced, the brain is also undersupplied. The result: fatigue, lack of concentration and even headaches. Anyone who is prone to this form of dehydration should consciously drink a lot and often and not wait until they feel thirsty.

Caffeine also works against fatigue, but coffee is not always the best choice. Guarana, for example, develops its effects more slowly but lasts longer.

Be sure to take breaks! Breaks also help. The frequency at which you should take breaks varies from person to person. But you should stop your work at least every 90 minutes.

Don't eat too greasy! If you eat too heavy and bad foods at lunchtime, you lose a lot of energy. The problem: The body is busy digesting food and the brain is under-supplied.

If the working environment allows it, so-called “power napping” is a real miracle cure. Even a twenty-minute nap can almost completely regenerate your energy. An energy boost that cannot be compared to anything else.

This is CRIZPY!
