Many people are currently afraid of the coronavirus/COVID-19. In the supermarkets, shelves are bought empty and you often look in vain for tin cans, pasta, rice and toilet paper. Not to mention disinfectant.

However, to protect themselves from the virus, some people resort to radical measures! They simply steal disinfectants from hospitals. This situation and this approach angered a Hamburg nurse and she vented a lot on Facebook . The post has already been shared over 10,000 times! She writes:

Yay my dears ✌️
I actually DIDN'T want to speak up about all these Corona discussions, but I'm really speechless about what I'm experiencing...

In my hospital, disinfectants have been stolen for days now, including wall mounts, and we're not talking about one or two bottles here...cleaning products and insulation materials are being stolen from carts... And why all this?
Just so you have it and feel “safe” with it!?

And as if this theft wasn't bad enough, we are informed that the suppliers of these very materials are having delivery difficulties due to the overall situation.

And now I ask you...Do you actually know what the consequences are?
Visitors are reduced to the minimum so that we can continue to do our work, namely SAVED LIVES!

Tell me guys…
WHAT’S WRONG WITH YOU?
TURN YOUR BRAIN ON!

We the hospital staff (retirement homes, nursing facilities, etc.) NEED these THINGS to protect those who are already sick (for whatever reason they are with us) from the transmission of BACTERIAL infections, but also to protect ourselves.

Because think about it...
What would happen if we lost the nursing staff?
Who then provides first aid?
Who cares for YOUR sick relatives?

I think it's more like exaggeration that you're buying up the stores than if there's nothing left tomorrow.
Because you can't do as much sh... as you buy toilet paper and that's not even if you eat all the canned goods, pasta, rice or whatever you have stashed away, which will definitely end up in the trash anyway because you'll have it by the 3rd at the latest. Have enough of the same meal every day because you don't even know what it means to be hungry.

Finally stop acting so impossible and use your cognitive abilities!

A little tip from me against Corona...

WASH YOUR HANDS FOR A CHANGE!!!

The nurse tries to talk the perpetrators into their conscience:

“Just turn on your brain! We, the hospital staff (retirement homes, nursing facilities, etc.) NEED these things to protect those who are already sick from the transmission of bacterial infections, but also to protect ourselves.” as well

Finally stop acting so impossible and use your cognitive abilities! A little tip from me against Corona... WASH YOUR HANDS FOR A CHANGE!!!

We really hope that you have success with it!
