Warning about joint cream Artrovex
Criminals pose as the Federal Ministry of Labor, Social Affairs, Health and Consumer Protection and claim that the Austrian government recommends the cream Artrovex for joint pain. This is made up. Consumers are not allowed to order Artrovex because the cream has no medical effect. Buyers also use it to transmit personal data to unknown people.
On the health-at.live website, criminals fraudulently pose as the Austrian Federal Ministry of Labor, Social Affairs, Health and Consumer Protection. They falsify an alleged Austrian government report that talks about “treating joints with expensive and useless drugs” and claim that “rheumatologists (…) have been cheating their patients all over Austria for 12 years!”

Application from Artrovex
On health-at.live, the fraudsters advertise the product “Artrovex” with reference to the Austrian government. It is supposedly a “special organic cream that relieves pain, inflammation and stops the destruction of the joint thanks to a special formula.” It is currently “sold at cost price”. In addition, a made-up “Head of the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology at the Austrian Research Institute for Rheumatology” states that “this drug is now sold through a state program “Healthy Joints” and is currently available at a 50% discount. “. In reality, contrary to what is stated, there is no “state program “Healthy Joints”” that supports Artrovex.
Order Artrovex
Readers of the alleged Ministry of Social Affairs article can order Artrovex by providing their name and telephone number:

After providing their details, consumers will receive a message saying that they “managed to order the Artrovex cream in time with a 50% discount. The price of your order is 39 euros instead of the regular price of 78 euros.”

The website theartrovex.com
Another way to order Artrovex is the theartrovex.com website. Consumers can access them via health-at.live. On theartrovex.com, visitors must also provide the unknown operators with their name and telephone number.

Call from unknown people
After providing their details, consumers receive a call from unknown people so that they can complete the Atrovex order. To do this, they should give the callers their address. After a while they will receive the cream that they are supposed to pay for.
Warning about Artrovex
Consumers are strongly advised not to order Artrovex because the cream has no medical effect on joint pain. In addition, they pass on their personal data to strangers as part of their purchase. This poses the risk that third parties can use them for dubious purposes.
