Our content partner Watchlist-Internet has created instructions for you on how to recognize crypto scams. Perhaps you have already stumbled upon such an article yourself. The crypto fraudsters try to lure their victims into a trap with sensational headlines. “Big banks are shaking,” “The World Bank is horrified” – don’t fall for such headlines. The criminals want to exploit your interest and lure you into an investment trap.

These fake news sites usually have a very similar structure. A sensational headline is followed by a picture of a prominent person. In these cases a German singer and the Chinese president. Following are alleged success stories of people who became rich through crypto investments. But be careful - these stories are mostly fictional.

Further down in the article you will be asked to invest yourself. The investment usually starts with a small amount of €250. However, the criminals promise you large profits of several thousand euros. So does the Yuan Pay Group. There are numerous articles on the Internet in which alleged investors rave about the Yuan Pay Group. Don't be fooled, the company is not officially registered and officials warn against investing with Yuan Pay Group!
The investment platform operates under different addresses, so we advise caution against these websites:
bestvcashtransaction.com/yuan-pay-group/
yuanpaygroup.org/de
yuan-paygroup.com/de/

The site beckons with big money: “Sign up below and you could be the next crypto millionaire.” With alleged Forbes front pages you want to gain the trust of the victims. But nothing about these claims is true. Once you have created a wallet and invested money, it is practically impossible to get it back. Additionally, it is likely that a fraudulent “investment advisor” will pressure you to invest more and more money.
How to spot fraudulent crypto investment platforms
Investment and investment fraud, also cyber trading fraud , is booming. Before depositing money or providing your credit card details on a platform, pay attention to the following characteristics.
- Promises of high profits for small investments: Fraudulent platforms lure people with unrealistic offers.
- Provide your phone number: Dubious investment platforms require you to provide your phone number when registering.
- No imprint: Always look for an imprint. If there isn't one, stay away!
- Advertising: Did you find out about a great investment opportunity through an ad on social networks, an online newspaper article, an SMS or in a Telegram group? Caution: Fraudulent platforms are known for advertising very intensively.

Have you already invested? This is what needs to be done now
- Do not make any further deposits! Don't let supposed consultants put you under pressure.
- Report it to the police.
- Contact your bank or credit card company. It may be possible to get the money back.
