Someone was so kind and built the cute little yellow ducklings their own water slide. Internet users are excited about it. They've been liking and sharing the cute video over and over again for years, as this video is from 2011.

The water slide goes up and down. You can even hear the ducklings' lovely beeping because of their joy. One user even writes: “They waddle up the ramp next to the slide as quickly as they can so that they can plunge into the wet fun again. I could literally watch this all day!”

Is it all just for fun?

Do the little ducklings really have so much fun waddling up and down all day long just to be able to slide down?

No, because in this sense the ducklings don't want to slide, they want to eat

At the “start” of the slide, a feeding trough was installed next to the water shower. The chicks have to stretch for food here. Because of the crowd, it happens again and again that a chick is pushed down, slides down and ends up waddling back up because it wants to go to the feeding trough. What looks so cute to the audience is not entirely voluntary.

In this video of another water slide you can see that the chicks “stumble” down and then end up waddling back up to get to the feeder again!

What was sweet and sweet in 2011 is currently dividing the online community.

Many users still like and share the video. Other users repeatedly comment that this is animal cruelty and there are always disputes among users.
