Almost a week ago, Mark Zuckerberg announced in a blog post that there should now be a simplified way for users to see content that interests them on Facebook.
New: Feeds tab
To make this possible, the Feeds tab was introduced. From this tab, users can choose whether they want to see ALL posts, or just those from their favorites, friends, groups or pages.
The news feed then appears “tidy” – depending on what is being filtered:

The first tab in the row is now called “Home”, which represents the news feed as we knew it so far. Facebook states that the content here is tailored to the respective user thanks to a “ranking system based on machine learning”.
You can also create posts, reels or stories from this tab.
If you can't find the Feeds tab in your Facebook app yet, Facebook says this update will be available to all users worldwide within the next few weeks.
On Android smartphones the tabs bar is located at the top, on iOS it is at the bottom of the screen.
