“More together” – Facebook’s new campaign focuses on groups!

Back in May 2019, we reported that Zuckerberg would be putting Facebook groups front and center. At that time, Facebook already wrote that the new “FB5” design would be simpler and faster – and put groups at the center. On October 14, 2019, Facebook launched the “More Together” campaign. This campaign shows that there is a suitable group on Facebook for every interest, hobby or concern.
With the campaign, Facebook aims to tell the stories of people connecting, sharing and supporting each other.

European premiere in Germany

After the USA and Brazil, the campaign is now starting its European premiere in Germany. With TV spots, on-platform videos and various motifs for out of home, print and digital, Facebook tells the stories of a total of more than 30 German Facebook groups.

There is a suitable group for everyone

In groups, people exchange ideas on Facebook about the things and moments that are important to them: they discover new recipes, exchange ideas with other parents about parenting topics, find out what's happening in their own neighborhood, or share their love for things with others own pet. For people around the world, groups have become a central part of their experiences on Facebook: More than 400 million people worldwide already belong to a Facebook group, which offers them real added value in their everyday lives. No matter whether it's an interest, hobby or special concern, there is a group to suit everyone.

“More Together”: Stories

Within the campaign we are showing more than 30 German groups that make it clear what is possible when people with very different backgrounds and beliefs come together and connect over a shared interest: from Hamburg dog owners , pregnant real moms , adventures on bikes to vegan Bodybuilding & Fitness DE .
