Wow! It's really fascinating how long fake stories last on the Internet!
Because we already know this lady very well:

How can something like this happen, how can it be possible: 101-year-old Italian woman gave birth to a healthy baby.
The fact check
, the American satirical website World News Daily Report reported on a supposedly “sensational case” in which a 101-year-old woman have become a mother after an ovarian tissue transplant .
Because the procedure would have been illegal in Germany in this case due to the patient's old age and the associated risks, the "late-term woman" is said to have turned to a Turkish private clinic.
For “Anatolia Vertadella” from Naples it would have been the seventeenth child, who was supposedly born weighing 9 pounds and perfectly healthy.
Is that correct? CAN that be true? Is the “oldest mother in the world” actually 101 years old?
The transplantation of ovarian tissue has actually been used in recent years to help infertile women have their desired child, and in recent years children over 60 have given birth several times - in this case, reproductive medicine would have reached its limits.
So how does the old lady get to the infant?
In fact, the photo, dated March 2015, depicts Rosa Camfield of Gilbert , Arizona , holding her newborn great-granddaughter, photographed by her granddaughter, the girl's mother. [ 1 ], [ 2 ]
Camfield died shortly afterwards; The touching photo was also shared thousands of times on Facebook [ 3 ] before it underwent a bizarre reinterpretation in January 2016.
The website World News Daily Report , quickly transported the old woman to her virtual postpartum bed, causing astonishment, doubt and outrage online.
But neither “Anatolia Vertadella” nor the “monstrous interference with nature” have any real background.
The only thing that is correct is the advanced age of the late Rosa Camfield, the child's great-grandmother.
Result:
It is a satirical article from the World News Daily Report website.
The 101-year-old did not give birth to a child.
