The claim
Apparently there is a new law from the German federal government that states that vaccines that contain self-transmitting microorganisms can be used.
Our conclusion
The claim that there is a new law in Germany that allows vaccinations with transmissible microorganisms is false. The law has existed for almost 23 years, and without live microorganisms some vaccinations would not exist at all.
Apparently there is a new law from the German federal government that states that you can use vaccines that transmit themselves. This new law came into force unnoticed by the public and vaccines can immediately be used in Germany that contain microorganisms that can be excreted by vaccinated people and absorbed by other people. These are the following status posts:

The status post as wording:
“New law: Federal government may use vaccines that transmit themselves. A new law has come into force without the public noticing! From now on, vaccines can be used in Germany that contain microorganisms that can be excreted by vaccinated people and absorbed by other people. On the website of the Federal Ministry of Justice and Consumer Protection ( https://www.gesetze-im-internet.de/ifsg/__21.html ) it says: “In the case of an order ordered on the basis of this law or one by the highest state health authority, it is public Recommended protective vaccination or a vaccination according to Section 17a paragraph 2 of the Soldiers Act, vaccines may be used that contain microorganisms that can be excreted by the vaccinated person and absorbed by other people. The fundamental right to physical integrity (Article 2 Paragraph 2 Sentence 1 of the Basic Law) is restricted in this respect.”
Is that correct?
No, this paragraph has been around for almost 23 years now!
A look at the paragraph
Here is the wording Section 21 of the Infection Protection Act
“In the case of a vaccination ordered on the basis of this law or a vaccination publicly recommended by the highest state health authority or a vaccination in accordance with Section 17a paragraph 2 of the Soldiers Act, vaccines may be used that contain microorganisms that can be excreted by the vaccinated person and absorbed by other people. The fundamental right to physical integrity (Article 2 Paragraph 2 Sentence 1 of the Basic Law) is restricted in this respect.”
This paragraph has existed since the Infection Protection Act was passed HERE Only on August 9, 2019 (see HERE ) was it changed regarding a paragraph of the Soldiers Act.
Which microorganisms are these?
This involves pathogens that can reproduce and are found in live vaccines. These can be found, for example, in vaccines against measles , mumps , rubella and chickenpox (see HERE ).
In rare cases, these weakened viruses can also be transmitted, although this does not have any harmful effect on health : In general, everyone is vaccinated against the above diseases themselves, and even if someone is not vaccinated against them, the pathogens are so weakened that they do not cause the disease trigger .
COVID topic!
In this context, the topic of COVID always comes into play, but the COVID-19 vaccines are not live vaccines , but mRNA and vector vaccines ; they contain neither live nor dead microorganisms. They are not excreted, but the mRNA is naturally broken down by the body - so it is not possible to become “infected” through a COVID-19 vaccination if you are unvaccinated.
If this were possible, we wouldn't need to vaccinate so much, but would simply have to wait until all the unvaccinated people were "infected" with the active ingredient by vaccinated people - problem solved! However, it's not that simple.
Conclusion
- The claim that there is a new law in Germany that allows vaccinations with transmissible microorganisms is false.
- The law has existed for almost 23 years, and without live microorganisms some vaccinations would not exist at all.
- There is no connection at all with the COVID-19 vaccines because these vaccines do not even contain microorganisms.
