A small information sheet published by the “Federal Ministry of Defense” is causing a stir (once again). But maybe you should also read the information sheet...

We already on the information sheet in 2017, which has now appeared again:

The picture shows an information sheet entitled “Bundeswehr training program for Syrian refugees”. The post creator comments:

““Fleeed from the war” to become a soldier here!? Exactly my kind of humor!
Welcome to Absurdistan!”

Instructions for using an information sheet

Considering the fact that the creator of the post himself uses a sarcasm smiley, we allow ourselves to react in the same way in this case.

  1. Read the title of the paper
  2. Grab the front sheet at the right edge with your left hand
  3. Move your left hand to the left again, still gripping the sheet
  4. If necessary, grab the edge of the exposed right sheet with your right hand and move it to the right
  5. To read!

Apparently that user has already given up after point 1 of the admittedly not so simple instructions. But we already know something like this from some Facebook users: reading the headline and believing that they now know everything.

The content

If you know such a user, please read the following text loudly and clearly to them. Don't be discouraged by whining interruptions that the text is too long, be patient!

The Bundeswehr provides training in various civilian professions. Adult, recognized refugees have also benefited from this since August 29, 2016. Initially, the program focuses on Syrians. These form the largest group of refugees. Job centers inform potential participants and refer them to the Bundeswehr. Participation is voluntary. At the end there is a qualified certificate of participation.

federal government 's website ; the content corresponds to the text in the information sheet. It goes on to say:

“The refugees should learn basic skills. A course module lasts four weeks. Each participant can complete up to three modules. The training takes place in German. The technology module IT knowledge and automotive technology. The construction module covers, among other things, timber construction and welding. Craft activities such as painting or locksmithing are also offered. First aid and anatomy form another module.”

Note for the reader :
If this text is too long for the protégé, then here is the short version:

Refugees do not soldiers! You can learn a civilian apprenticeship there!

Finally, it should be said that that program is from 2016 and only up to 120 refugees were given that opportunity.
