You can now bring animals into your home with your smartphone!
The most important things in brief about Google AR:
- Simply place a virtual animal in your home using your smartphone
- Search for it on Google and tap the “View in 3D” button
- Now tap on “View with me” and there will be “ a horse in the hallway ”
You know how it is: everyone you know posts photos of their pets on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, but the most you can show are the cockroaches under the sink, the mice in the basement or the spider in the corner of the room. But those times are over now!
With a new Google function you can put tigers, snakes, bears and even an elephant in your living room without having to worry about the good china.
How does it work?
Open Google search on your smartphone and enter one of the following keywords:
- tiger
- Snake
- Lion
- Dog
- eagle
- bear
- Horse
- Hai
- wolf
We show you the following steps in this gallery:
Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to work with every smartphone to bring an exotic animal into your own four walls using Google AR (AR = Augmented Reality), but if it works for you, you can share impressive photos with your friends impress your new “pets”. 😉
