Rule of thumb: Sharepics, especially if they make a one-sided, exciting statement, are usually just fodder for complaining users, but are rarely true.
This also affects a sharepic that is shared particularly often on Facebook on pages and in groups where people care less about facts and prefer to just verbally attack it: Greta Thunberg, one of the “favorite victims” of the right and climate change. Deniers are said to have demanded that farmers who protest instead of working should be fined.
This sharepic is:

“Farmers who protest during working hours instead of being in the fields should be fined heavily”
Most of the users commenting under the sharepic don't seem to notice the ironic subtlety:
after all, students (or their families) have already been fined because they went to a Fridays for Future event instead of going to school. Greta’s supposed demand seems like a “counterdemand”.

The source is satire!
However, the author of the sharepic is not an angry citizen, nor is it a real statement from Greta Thunberg, but the “ Gazetteur ” is responsible for the picture:

We quote from the Gazetteer's imprint :
“All Gazetteer content is satirical and intended for entertainment purposes.”

Conclusion
The sharepic is pure satire that turns the statements and demands of some people about fines for students who go to Fridays for Future events instead of attending school and puts them in Greta's mouth. However, the quote is fictitious.
