The Facebook page “Hervis Sports Fans” was created on August 21, 2022 and has no imprint. There is only one post on this page. Namely that of the supposed competition :

The process is known. You should share the post and comment with “Done”. You will then receive a reply to your comment, which will be posted regardless of whether you actually follow the requirements.

“The blue login button” called “Register”

If we click the button at the top of the Facebook page, as described in the comment, we will be directed to an external Google site.

The page was modeled on the look and feel of the Hervis website. However, no links work here; we simply used copied graphics that have no function whatsoever. The fact that this is a Google site is also a sure indication that we are not on a reputable company site.

The addition that you deserve a “Price from Kaufland” is also confusing. But this is the case with numerous fake competitions that other companies with further possible prizes are mentioned.

If you click on “Register” on the fake Hervis website, you will receive a data protection notice that also includes advertising consent:

Here you can read that the data entered will be transmitted to third parties. The list of third-party providers includes around 50 companies that are always happy to receive new data such as names, email addresses, postal addresses and cell phone numbers so that they can dump their advertising waste in the form of spam emails and calls or contact them in the future Annoying subscription sales.

In the imprint we find out who is behind the site: Myemail Ltd., a mailbox company based in Great Britain, but managed from Cambodia.

Conclusion

There are no electric scooters to be won here.
Hervis has nothing to do with this site or this raffle.

There are data collectors behind this “competition”. The actual purpose of these sites is limited to one thing: collecting data, selling subscriptions and sending spam!

You should ignore such competitions. It's best to also inform friends who have shared them or commented on the posts. Of course, to warn other users, you can also comment directly on these pages that it is fake.
