There are all kinds of unusual buildings and works of art in Japan. A video now shows another curiosity: a head as a fountain in which the water forms the hair.

We usually only write articles when there are a lot of inquiries about a topic. In this case we make an exception because we think the request is too nice:

“Hello mimikama, can you credibly prove to me that the following video is a fake so that my wife will believe me? ?

You can watch the video here:

The man can be helped!

Looks fascinating, right? But somehow also a little artificial, especially the very regularly falling water drops and the strange camera work, which looks more like a surveillance camera with its jerky movements.

Who created this fountain?

Sometimes we don't want to reveal the solution right away, so we take it slowly.
The “builder” of this fountain is called Chad Knight. on his Instagram account .

Craziness! Where are these works of art?

Not in Japan. Even Chad Knight himself emphasizes this on his account, where you can also find the fountain, but not with strange camera work and without dramatic music:

If you haven't noticed yet: This fountain was created on the computer .

Digital Art!

Chad Knight doesn't build fantastic fountains and statues, but is a 3D design manager at Nike and a 3D digital artist. A selection of his numbered and signed works have been available for purchase .

We hope this has helped our reader. And hopefully his wife isn't mad at us now. 🙂
