The phone vibrates and you receive a WhatsApp message, a job offer, from a British cell phone number. Recognizable by the area code +44. The sender has a female first name, like Luna. In the profile picture you can see a young, friendly woman with her dog. A fake profile, as it turns out. Luna poses as a recruiter and claims to have received an application and asks if she is looking for a part-time job. This is what happened to one of our editors. It's tricky if you're actually looking for a job at the time.

The job offer and the activity are described as very simple
You don't need any experience. All you need is a cell phone and you can earn 500-800 euros per week for just a few flexible working hours. All you have to do is log in to a platform called Accenturen.com and make a few clicks to give 5 stars to supposed product reviews on online shops such as Amazon, Shein, Zalando and AliExpress and receive lucrative commissions. Even the text is specified automatically.
If you show interest in this job offer, you will be asked to respond with your contact details. This includes the last name, age, gender and current job. You will then be contacted on WhatsApp by a trainer who will show you how the whole thing works, free of charge via WhatsApp.
According to our research, the trainer with a German cell phone number was called Alina
Of course, also a fake profile. According to the profile picture, a likeable mother presents herself with her little daughter. The exact workflow is explained step-by-step in a friendly chat. For the first time, you will be sent the link to the platform https://www.accenturen.com with a six-digit invitation code so that you can register.

Once you are registered, you should click on Invite Friends and send the invitation code to the trainer so that he or she can register as a subordinate. Then you should log out in order to log in with the trainer's account for practice purposes. You will be given your access details. You then have to start processing 38 daily orders, which basically only takes a few clicks.
Depending on the value of the order, the credit will be used up, and you will usually receive a 1% commission. However, occasionally there are random package missions that offer 20 to 50x commissions. The processing then costs more credit, but you get even more commission for it. Since you are still in the trainer's account, the trainer also takes care of topping up the credit. The top-up takes place via a cryptocurrency. To be precise, USTD (Tether). A cryptocurrency pegged to the US dollar rate.
Once you have processed the 38 orders on the trainer's account, you log back into your own account and see that you have already generated credit because the trainer's account has generated a commission as a subordinate in the sense of a pyramid scheme.
Now you do the same with your account. After the first training and completing the 38 orders, which only takes 10-15 minutes, you will have around 70-80 USD credit. However, the balance can only be paid out from 100 USD. You also need credit to process further orders. So that was it for the first “day of work”. At the end, a WhatsApp group will also be added where you can ask further questions if necessary. Of course, all other participants in the group are also fake profiles.
The next day the trainer contacts you again and wants to continue the training with you. Again, you only do the tasks on the trainer’s account. Then with your own account. With a bit of “luck” there is a random package mission and the credit becomes negative because you cannot cover the value of the goods with the previous commissions alone. So you have to buy some cryptocurrency with real money to fund your account. The trainer shows you step by step how it works and instructs you to register with a crypto exchange if you don't have a wallet yet. The trainer recommends OKX and advises purchasing a USTD via real-time transfer. You haven't taken any real risk yet because you have the cryptocurrency in your own wallet.
The noose is tightening
But now things get critical. The trainer will show you how to transfer your USTDs to your account in the platform. To do this, you supposedly have to contact the platform's customer service, who will tell you the merchant ID, which changes daily, to which you send the cryptocurrency. You then send a screenshot of the transaction to the system and the supposed finance department confirms receipt of the USTD and tops up the account on the platform.
If you now complete the 38 daily missions, you should have over 100 USTD, which you can now transfer to your wallet in order to then sell it again in the crypto app for real money and you will have it within 2 days with just each You effortlessly “earned” over 100 euros in 10-15 minutes and you think to yourself that you can easily earn over 100 euros every day, because after all it worked and you more than doubled the money you invested in a short time.

The problem, however, is that the stakes are increasing exponentially day by day due to the unpredictable package orders. Suddenly you don't just need 60-70 euros, but 300 or even 600 euros to complete your orders and until all 38 daily tasks are completed, you get absolutely nothing. The invested credit is therefore stuck unless you continue the flow of money.
How to protect yourself:
Don't respond to dubious recruiters who promise you quick money for minimal work. Be vigilant about fake profiles. Even if you actually get some money at the beginning, this is only intended to lull you into security and tempt you to become greedy and invest even more money. Therefore, never buy cryptocurrencies with real money to top up credit on dubious platforms. This is a sophisticated scam. We therefore strongly warn against platforms like Accenturen and, as usual, call for people to think first and then click. It remains unclear whether the platform actually creates fake reviews on any online shops. The economic damage, however, is certain. The operator is not interested in the reviews, but in the money of unsuspecting users. If you have already fallen for it, just don't do any further charging.
Reviews and information about the company mentioned:
Just answer / Criminal law : “Just by looking at the website, you have concerns that this is a reputable platform. Nor is it pointed out at all, at least not in understandable German, what this is all about. There is also no imprint. I advise you not to make any further deposits here, but rather to try to request the money you deposited back. Otherwise, you should of course also look at the contracts you have concluded and what is included in them. If you have fulfilled your tasks and are still being asked to deposit money, this also indicates dubious behavior. You may want to file a criminal complaint if you believe there is fraud here.” Source
Trustpilot : “One of those fake industries where they promise you loads of money for simple tasks – but only if you upload USDT first so you can get tasks.” Source
Lawyer.de: “I received a tip about an apparently fraudulent provider called Accenturen (accenturen.com). I cannot yet make a final judgment as to whether and to what extent this is related to the trading platform discussed here. The experiences with Accenturen (accenturen.com) are a disaster and could be more than similar to those with Nuobi Liquid. " Source
