The structure of kafrosa. de appears serious, mandatory information about the company is provided and the shop's awards inspire trust. But be careful: appearances are deceptive. It is a fake shop that does not deliver any goods!
When purchasing a coffee machine, you often have to dig deep into your pockets. It can be worth looking for a cheap offer online. However, you should be skeptical if the offer is too cheap as it could be a fake shop. How do you know that kafrosa. de is a fake shop, read here.
Prices that are too low are unrealistic
Don't let low prices seduce you into placing an order, as these are usually dubious offers. The fully automatic coffee machine from SIEMENS (EQ.6 plus s700) is available from kafrosa. de, for example, advertised at 669.99 instead of 1,158.99.

Experiences of others provide information
Before ordering from an unknown shop, always search for experiences on the Internet. Simply enter “kafrosa” into your search engine. de fake” and go through the posts. In this case, there are already a number of warnings not to order there.
If there are no relevant posts, it doesn't necessarily mean that the shop is reputable, but rather that it is relatively new and you may be one of the first victims.
Only advance payment possible?
Can only be paid in advance, you should reconsider an order. Basically, if you pay in advance, you should be 100% sure that you are dealing with a reputable shop!

Fake shops abuse quality marks
In order to appear as trustworthy as possible, criminals abuse quality marks that distinguish a secure online shop.
How to check reputable quality marks and certificates:
In order for genuine online shops to display reputable quality marks on their websites, they must go through strict testing procedures and meet certain criteria. Fraudulent online shops therefore often try to create trust through fake or fictitious certificates and quality marks. With reputable quality marks such as the Austrian E-Commerce Quality Mark, Trusted Shops or Trustmark Austria, you can easily check whether it is a genuine certificate by clicking on the quality mark logo.

If it is not possible to click on a quality mark or if a link leads to nothing, you can search for the certified shops on the websites of the certification bodies. E.g. at www.guetezeichen.at/zertified-websites . If you don't find any indication of the authenticity of a quality mark there, you should be careful.
Also make sure that you actually end up on the website of the respective certificate authorities and not just on a fake page that was also set up by the criminals.

Have you transferred?
Contact your bank immediately and explain that you have fallen for a fake shop. A chargeback may be able to be initiated. In the worst case scenario, you have lost the money. Also report it to the police!
