Dancing happily in the street – sometimes not such a good idea. A woman apparently had this experience, as a video often shared on social media shows. But, surprise, it's not always what it seems...
In the short video you can see a woman getting out of the car and dancing happily to the music on the car radio...

...and then gets run over.

Is the video real?
Let's answer your most pressing question first, before we go into the details and exact background: No, it's not !
Why was the woman dancing in the street?
She's taking part in a summer trend called the "keke challenge." This challenge is based on the song “ In my Feelings ” by Drake. The love interest in the song called “Keke” gave the challenge its name. After comedian “ Shiggy ” posted a video on Instagram of himself dancing the lyrics of the song, the dance went viral with the hashtags #InmyfeelingsChallenge, #KekeChallenge and #DotheShiggy.
Who is the woman?
This is Kari Miller, and she posted the video herself on her Instagram account .
Pretty tough woman posting a video of her own accident on Instagram, right? 😉 But what some people have overlooked is her little note:
#keke edit by @lofi3d
The original source
The Instagram user “lofi3d” is someone who is well versed in image and video editing. Here you can see his Instagram posting:
In German the description of the video says:
When an internet challenge goes wrong.. (The video is edited! NOT REAL)
Be careful when dancing on the street!!!
Conclusion
No , the video is not real. A video artist edited the video to draw attention to the possible risk of accidents if you carelessly get out of the car and dance just because you want to take part in an Internet challenge.
