There are two things in life that you either have to have or not - how about a USB hub that actually reminds you of something completely different?

Admittedly, at first we couldn't believe that the following USB hub with this design existed. If you hold the piece so that you can see the back, it immediately reminds you of something completely different...

“Dirty” or not – we received inquiries as to whether a USB hub with this design really exists:

The fact check

Well, the product actually exists and yes, it is a USB hub - not what you think again 😉

We found this design again at Lexon . It comes from Valentina & Simone Spalvieri and is called “Peas Hub” and was shared on Imgur . A version from Intel itself that we unfortunately didn't find.

Colleague Uwe has also already seen the USB distributor in person at the IFA Berlin . Unfortunately, we cannot answer at this point what the designers were thinking when making this design.

Conclusion:

No love balls, but a very exciting USB interface distributor design.

As a net discovery, this model is certainly not one of the strangest products that man has ever invented, but it might still make some people smile before they connect their device to the “Peas Hub” interface.

What do you say? A “must-have” or would you rather use a conservative design?
