Users are currently receiving messages via SMS that supposedly come from Magenta Telekom. These messages talk about credit, which you can now request via a link sent along with it.
This SMS is not from Magenta
Even if it is mentioned in the text: This message was not sent by Magenta Telekom. The phone number from which this SMS was sent comes from Poland (international code +48).

The link provided also reveals that this is not an official Telekom site. This is still telekom.de . If you want to open the link in the SMS, you will immediately receive a warning:

Beware, smishing!
This is smishing – a combination of SMS and phishing.
The message sent here from a Polish number leads to a fraudulent website.
If you receive such an SMS and are not sure whether it comes from the specified sender, it is best to ask them directly - in this case Telekom.
Such SMS messages with similar wording have already been sent in the name of the Federal Ministry of Finance. You can find our article about it HERE .
