Our cooperation partner Watchlist Internet warns :
Do not follow the link, do not provide any data and do not pay anything. It's a subscription trap!
The likelihood that you are currently waiting for a package is high in times of online shopping. Criminals also take advantage of this. They send personalized emails and pretend to be a shipping service provider who needs further information from you in order to be able to deliver a package to you. If you do not provide the data, you will allegedly be charged a storage fee of 29.99 euros, which will be debited automatically.
The fake email reads like this:
Hello FIRST NAME LAST NAME,
Thank you for choosing our services again. We value you as a customer and therefore I regret to inform you that there appears to have been a problem with your shipment (1663580955) and further action is required.
I tried to contact you to explain all the details personally, but you were unavailable at the time. Anyway, I asked our technical department to provide a customized solution for you in our online chat system. Please visit the above page to avoid further delays.
However, if we do not receive an answer/reaction from you, a storage fee (€29.99) will be charged, which will automatically be charged to your card.
Best regards,
Anton Strasser – National Shipping Coordinator
Direct Handling Logistics
If you believe the message and follow the link to the online chat system, you will land on the following website to confirm your identity:

In the next step, you will be sent a picture of your alleged package. This package does not exist or is not addressed to you. In order for you to receive the fictitious package, you should select whether you want it to be sent to a home or business address:

In the next step you will be informed that you have to pay a “small amount under 3 euros” for the package in order to cover the shipping costs incurred until further shipping:

Once you have pressed the button, you suddenly land on another website where you are charged 0.75 euros. There is also completely unrelated talk of an iPhone 13 pro and a 14-day membership for KeepMyBudget.com.
At this point you should notice that it is not a lost package, but a subscription trap:

Subscription trap over 59 euros!
What's really behind the message can be seen in the small print further down on the payment page:
All new customers who register and pay the test fee will also be entered into a draw for a product from the “Consumer Electronics and Miscellaneous” category. The winner always receives the product specified on the promotion page. The winner will be contacted directly by email or telephone.
How can I participate?
By registering for a 14-day trial membership on one of our competition pages, you will automatically be entered into the draw for a product from the “Consumer Electronics and Others” category. The participant must be at least 18 years old and reside in Austria. Employees of and their subsidiaries, marketing partners and their subsidiaries, competition supervisors and their immediate family members are excluded from participating and winning. No purchase is necessary to enter and win.
* Please note! Your membership will automatically be extended after 14 days unless you revoke it. Your membership is paid in advance – the price is €59.00 for 30 days.
Your card billing will be billed by Kunzite Limited as KeepMyBudget.com
Even though you only wanted to receive a package, from now on 59 euros will be debited from your credit card every month.
Have you already fallen victim to this subscription trap?
If you have entered your details and large amounts have now been charged to your credit card, then you should act quickly. Look on your credit card statement for contact information about the dubious company behind the debits and request immediate cancellation and a chargeback of the amounts.
Since this is usually unsuccessful, you should also contact your credit card company. Request a refund of the debited amounts. Because: Amounts that were debited from you without your consent (e.g. amounts that were not adequately mentioned during the purchase or that exceed the value of your order) must be refunded by your payment service provider in accordance with Section 67 of the Payment Services Act 2018. Also try to block the subscription provider from further charges to your credit card, if possible.
