On May 27, 2022, the Federal Criminal Police Office in Austria warned of a new scam on Facebook. Fraudsters use messenger services to pose as “Ivory Coast police”. Apparently there is an investigation into a YouTube video, according to the Federal Criminal Police Office's Facebook status post. Apparently there are now demands that are addressed to the recipient.

DANGER! If you receive a message from the Ivory Coast police via your messenger service about an investigation into a YouTube video and demands are being made against you, then it is an attempted fraud!
