Many users are currently receiving a message asking them to open a link.
The message reads: “I am sending you a surprise message. Open this” and leads to a page with the link: http://my-love.co/2020/ . If you follow the link, you will end up on an external website. The recipient's own first name is usually also visible. This can look something like this:

In principle, you can personalize congratulations for New Year's Eve here! A nice gimmick for those who want something like that. However, we want to pass on our findings that we made with the existing link!
Update December 31, 2019: Facebook has now classified the reference/message as negative because it violates community standards. At every point in the messenger where the message was, you will now find this note:

Cloudflare is the hosting provider for the site mentioned and they in turn have issued a warning about this site. This is:
“This link has been flagged as phishing. “Phishing is an attempt to acquire personal information such as passwords and credit card details by pretending to be a trustworthy source”.
Means something like: “This connection has been marked as phishing. “Phishing is an attempt to obtain personal information such as passwords and credit card details by pretending to be a trustworthy source.”

What we cannot confirm 100% at this point is whether this is a misinterpretation, since as a user you can personalize these congratulations and a form field is thereby made available to the user, or whether this is really a " “Phishing attempt”.
A note at this point!
