All of them can have a significant impact on our lives if we do not learn to recognize them and protect ourselves from them.

At Mimikama, we're committed to helping you navigate this often confusing digital maze. That's why we've created a series of keywords or "reminders" to help you better understand these threats and remember important prevention strategies.

Our key words are: PROTECTION , SAFE , CAUTION, RESPECT, ATTENTION and FLIP


Each of these words serves as a reminder of a specific type of cyber threat. Let's take a quick look at each of these words:

MIMIKAMA

PROTECTION ” stands for identity theft. When you are online, remember this word and make sure to protect your personal information. “SAFE” ( Reference the word “PROTECT”… )

SAFE ” reminds you to be wary of phishing. Be safe and always check the authenticity of emails and websites before disclosing any information. ( Regarding the key word “SAFE”… )

CAUTION ” is your key word when it comes to chain letters. Be careful and verify information before sharing it. ( Regarding the key word “CAUTION”… )


MIMIKAMA

RESPECT ” is meant to remind you of cyberbullying. Respect others online and be aware of how your words can affect others. ( On the key word “RESPECT”… )


MIMIKAMA

ACHTSAM ” is your key word for love fraud. Be mindful and always question the intentions of people you meet online. ( On the key word “ATTENTIONAL”… )


MIMIKAMA

FLIP ” for fake news. Remember to “flip” or flip messages to make sure they are true before sharing them. ( About the keyword “FLIP”… )
