Ordinance on measures to contain the spread of the novel coronavirus SARS -CoV-2 in Berlin

The same applies to cinemas, theaters, concert halls, museums, exhibitions and similar facilities and entertainment venues, as well as to places of prostitution.
For public and non-public events with up to 50 people, the organizer must keep an attendance list that includes name, address and telephone number. This list must be kept for at least four weeks and handed over in full upon request by the health authority.

There are exceptions for restaurants and pubs.
Restaurants that meet the requirements of a smoking restaurant within the meaning of the Non-Smoking Protection Act are not allowed to open to the public.
Restaurants that serve food prepared on site are allowed to open, but only if the tables are at least 1.5 meters apart.
Sports activities in all public and private sports facilities, swimming pools and fitness studios are prohibited.
Visits to hospitals will also be restricted.
Patients are not allowed to receive visitors. Patients under the age of 16 and those who are seriously ill are excluded. They are allowed to receive one person once a day for one hour, but not anyone who has a respiratory illness.
Nursing home residents are also only allowed to receive visitors once a day, but not children under 16 or people with respiratory diseases.
Schools will close on Monday, March 16th (high school centers) or Tuesday, March 17th (all other schools).
Tests may be carried out if a distance of 1.5 meters is maintained. From March 17th, daycare centers may only offer emergency care for the children of people whose professional activities are essential for the maintenance of public life (critical infrastructure), in particular for nursing. The responsible Senate administration decides on the selection of the facilities.
The legal basis for this legal basis is the Infection Protection Act. The regulation was announced today, Saturday, March 14, 2020, in accordance with Section 2 Paragraph 1 of the Berlin Promulgation Act and thus came into force immediately.
