Inverters, solar systems and power storage systems - all of those products that are currently difficult to obtain on the market are not only in stock at solanex.de and solarnetz.at, but are also available at well below market prices. Don't buy anything here, because the advance payments will be lost, warns our cooperation partner Watchlist Internet !

Just a few days ago we warned about the dangers of buying firewood online . More fake shops that serve the energy sector have now been reported. Instead of firewood, pellets and the like, photovoltaic systems, rechargeable batteries and inverters are being offered this time. The shops solanex.de and solarnetz.at have all products in stock and sometimes offer them below the usual market price. They only manage to do this because they don't send anything and are only after their victims' money.

Everything in stock and low prices?

Are you looking for a photovoltaic system, but it is already sold out in most shops? Suddenly you come across a shop like solanex.de or solarnetz.at. All products are in stock here and on top of that they offer a cheaper price than most previous shops. Attention: This is because the shops want to get you to make a quick and thoughtless purchase in advance. In fact, there are criminals behind the websites who do not own or ship any goods and only want to steal your money.

Payment only in advance?

In fake shops like solanex.de and solarnetz.at, different payment methods are often mentioned, but ultimately the only option is payment in advance. The purchase on account that was advertised just a few steps before is suddenly no longer possible or is supposedly only offered to existing customers. If you discover such an approach in an online shop, you are not allowed to make a payment under any circumstances. You are most likely dealing with criminals.

Payment in advance can only be stopped or retrieved in rare cases. In most cases, you are stuck with your damages.

How to check reputable quality marks and certificates:

In order for genuine online shops to display reputable quality marks on their websites, they must go through strict testing procedures and meet certain criteria. Fraudulent online shops therefore often try to create trust through fake or fictitious certificates and quality marks.

With reputable quality marks such as the Austrian E-Commerce Quality Mark, Trusted Shops or Trustmark Austria, you can easily check whether it is a genuine certificate by clicking on the quality mark logo. If it is not possible to click on a quality mark or if a link leads to nothing, you can search for the certified shops on the websites of the certification bodies. E.g. at www.guetezeichen.at/zertified-websites .

If you don't find any indication of the authenticity of a quality mark there, you should be careful. Also make sure that you actually end up on the website of the respective certificate authorities and not just on a fake page that was also set up by the criminals.

Click on the Austrian E-Commerce Quality Mark logo and view the sample certificate:

Have you already paid?

If you have already paid in advance, you must act quickly. Contact your bank immediately and try to have the payment stopped. If the money has already reached the criminal's account, it is usually too late because the payment can only be retrieved with the consent of the account holder. In rare cases, contacting the target bank was sufficient to authorize the chargeback to be released. In most cases, however, the damage cannot be repaired.

In addition, only a police report can be filed. Unfortunately, it is not possible to reverse the money.
