Crizpy: Let's put social media where it's most fun.
It's not without reason that using your smartphone while driving is forbidden in many places. This has now become fatal for a police officer in the US state of Oklahoma.
In the video released by the police, the officer can be seen typing on his cell phone while driving. Shortly afterwards an accident occurs. The driver of the SUV, who unexpectedly crossed the median, is to blame for the crash. However, some observers suspect that the officer could have reacted more quickly and avoided the collision if he had not been distracted by his cell phone. He sustained minor injuries to his jaw and elbow. The person who caused the accident remained uninjured.
