The claim
The video claims that the employer Porsche Stuttgart fired 104 employees without severance pay because they were proven to have forged vaccination certificates. In addition, health statistics would show that vaccinated employees were sick much more often than those who were not vaccinated.
Our conclusion
Porsche confirms that employees were fired because of fake vaccination certificates, but only speaks of a number in the low double-digit range. There are no health statistics as claimed. Because the vaccination status of individual employees is not recorded, no statement can be made about whether vaccinated people are sick more often or not.
In a video , several false claims are spread in connection with the Covid vaccinations. There is a brief discussion about deceased employees of the Stuttgart Youth Welfare Office - see also our fact check on the subject - and the possibility of detoxification by taking drops that are not explained in detail. How senseless such a “detoxification” is is explained, for example, by 20min.ch and AFP .
The core of the allegations, however, concerns the Porsche AG main plant in Stuttgart-Zuffenhausen: More than 100 employees there are said to have been terminated without severance pay because they were proven to have a fake vaccination certificate. In addition, health statistics would show that vaccinated employees were sick much more often than those who were not vaccinated.

The man sitting in front of a filing shelf in an office is well known in the lateral thinker scene. He was convicted (not yet legally binding) of sedition for statements made at a demonstration in Stuttgart last February. There he not only wanted to incite police officers to disobey orders, but also linked the murder of Jewish children during the Nazi era with wearing masks, as the ZVW reported. In another video (now in the car) he gives the impression that Porsche had threatened him with a lawsuit for his comments: “You can’t intimidate me.”
Statement from Porsche
The automobile manufacturer already responded to the allegations on January 10th: “As part of the Corona regulation in force at the time, Porsche AG as an employer was obliged to only grant employees who had recovered, been vaccinated or tested access to the company premises,” said Porsche in response to a query from the ZVW . They would also have been obliged to check compliance with the 3G regulation. “If employees presented the employer with a fake vaccination certificate, Porsche terminated the employment relationship with the employees – like many other companies.” The other allegations from the video remained uncommented at this time.

If employees presented the employer with a fake vaccination certificate, Porsche terminated the employment relationship with the employees - like many other companies. The number of those affected is in the low double-digit range.

The medical records thing
The Stuttgart car manufacturer has the following to say about the claim with the medical records: “The listed illness statistics do not exist because: When sick notes are given, the employer does not receive a diagnosis, and the employer does not know the vaccination status of individual employees. A statistical evaluation of this type is therefore not possible.” An evaluation is also not possible from the employer side because they do not know the reason for a sick note – as the law in Germany requires. Data protection not only ensures the privacy of employees, but also makes the alleged illness statistics completely impossible.
The works council in Zuffenhausen confirmed these statements. Speaker Antje Werner speaks of an “external service provider” who checked at the entrance gates but did not document them. However, there was also a voluntary opportunity to make the procedure easier: “Colleagues with longer-term certificates (recovered or vaccinated) were able to voluntarily show them to their superiors and have their work IDs 'activated'. But they were not obliged to do that.” There was no pressure to get vaccinated. There were no corresponding complaints to the works council, quotes Correctiv speaker Werner.
CONCLUSION: The claims in the video are mostly false.
Porsche has fired employees who presented fake proof of vaccination. However, the number of those affected is not in the three-digit range, but only in the lower double-digit range, says Porsche. For data protection reasons, the car manufacturer cannot provide any information about possible severance payments. For data protection reasons, no health statistics can be kept that include vaccination status. According to Porsche AG, such a thing doesn't even exist.
