Enforcement can, among other things, result in the seizure of your salary, including unemployment benefits, pensions, bank balances, insurance policies, etc.

After unsuccessful enforcement by the bailiff, an application can be made for the affidavit to be submitted, whereupon an entry is made in the corresponding list of debtors (§ 915 ZPO). Do you have to pay the 467.16 euros to Prolex?

No, you do not have to pay the 467.16 euros to Prolex Inkasso. This is due to the fact that no valid contract is concluded between the dubious streaming platforms and consumers named in the reminder - you can read why this is the case here . For this reason, there is no reason for you to pay the invoice from Prolex Inkasso. In addition, the senders of the reminder are using Prolex Ltd’s data incorrectly. This is another indication of the lack of seriousness of the warning.

Tip: unsubscribe from the reminder!

The reminder from Prolex Inkasso is sent by unknown people via an online marketing company. Go to the end of the Prolex Inasso reminder and you will find the “Unsubscribe” link. Click on it and remove your email address from the online marketing company's mailing list. You will see the message: “Unsubscription – Your contact details were removed from the mailing list” and should no longer receive emails from Prolex.
