Unfortunately, it happens again and again: someone puts razor blades on playgrounds.
Several razor blades were found today at a children's playground in Zehlendorf. At around 2:30 p.m., a 35-year-old alerted the police to the playground on Jaehnstrasse after discovering razor blades in the sand. A police officer and her colleague searched the playground. A total of five razor blades were found.
Since it cannot be ruled out that there are further razor blades in the sand or on the playground area, emergency services closed the area and informed the Steglitz-Zehlendorf district parks department. The criminal investigation department of Directorate 4 took over the investigation into the attempted grievous bodily harm.
Sadly, this happens all the time!
In these moments you always hope that it is a hoax. For example, it has already happened that old incidents from rather dubious or tabloid websites were simply rehashed in order to generate site visits ( compare ).

Unfortunately, we have already had to confirm cases of razor blades or dangerous elements in playgrounds in several articles. This is therefore not the first case we report on. Reports continue to emerge that razor blades , broken pieces or even nails are being left on playgrounds in such a way that children can injure themselves. taut thread also injured a child on a playground.
Of course, these are not jokes, but crimes.
