The claim
Russia uses a photo of former porn actress Sasha Gray for propaganda purposes
Our conclusion
The supposed photo of a poster is a montage of three images: the frame and text come from a real recruitment poster, the woman's image from a photo interview and Sasha Gray's head from a series premiere.
Marina Ann Hantzis – better known by her stage name Sasha Gray – is not happy with a photo that is being widely circulated. It shows her on a poster in a Russian army uniform. The text on it translates as: “The contract service is a good choice. Apply for convocation. Military Commissariat at your place of residence.”
My phone is blowing up. Another limp attempt to create hatred and division. Can anyone check if this is a real advertisement in Russia and where? Meme or not, I can't condone this. Be careful what you share. PS: The breasts are too big, and MAKE LOVE NOT WAR.
Well, because you ask so kindly, we at Mimikama will do the research. Thank us later, Ms. Grey!

The image analysis of the poster with Sasha Gray
The supposed photo of a billboard advertisement is very quickly revealed to be a montage. It consists of at least three clearly identifiable components: the head of a young Sasha Grey, the image of a woman in uniform and the photo of a poster stand.
The woman in uniform is Ksenia Shinyakova. She is a “soldier, sergeant and press secretary of the Russian National Guard Directorate in the Magadan region.” The image used comes from a photo and text interview in the online magazine вечерний магадан (Good Evening Magadan) from April 2020. There, Ksenia talks about her work as a press spokeswoman and the challenge for a female soldier among so many men.

Sasha's head
Marina Ann Hantzis is now 34, the photo shows her at a younger age. After some image editing and with the help of reverse image search, a similar, mirrored image of Sasha Gray was found. She was already photoshopped into a uniform for a meme.

The neck, head, hairstyle and the chipboard in the background are from 2010, namely from the premiere of the seventh season of the US series Entourage. There are a number of photos of Sasha Gray at this event on Alamy - taken by various photographers. In addition to the photos on Alamy, there are other similar images online, one of which was the basis for the meme.
The poster frame
The image of the frame, surrounding wall and lettering come from a real Russian recruitment campaign. This blog text (archived) from the online magazine Новая Политика (New Politics) from December 2010 discusses the change in strategy of the Russian army, which in the future would like to rely on a purely professional army instead of conscription. The illustration is a recruiting poster with a pilot in uniform and the text: “Contract service is a good choice. Apply for convocation. Military Commissariat at your place of residence.”
Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to reconstruct when this photo is and where it was taken based on the archived article. However, we found another source in a Russian-language forum where the photo served as the basis for a meme. Time of posting: May 4, 2010:

Sasha Gray and the Russian Trolls
This isn't the first time photos of Sasha Gray have been used for memes or image manipulation, as we've already seen above. In 2015, a picture of the actress and former porn actress was used for another, very offensive sharepic. It was shared on the VKontakte page of an organization called “Help for Donbass”. Nerds quickly recognized the photo. The name used, Sasha Serova (Russian for gray), is also a clear indication. The text itself isn't that funny:

The nurse Sasha Serova died. This fragile-looking but strong girl carried wounded militiamen from the battlefield. People said about her that she could lift even the hopeless. But she did not return from the battle. She was captured by the junta's punitive forces. First they taunted her and videotaped her “amusements,” then hacked her to death with an ax. God have mercy on her soul.
Sasha Gray has faced repeated hostility from Russian bloggers in the past after she expressed sympathy for Ukraine in December 2013. The Moscow Times and the fact-checking portal Snopes chronicled the following events. There is a summary in German in the Süddeutsche Zeitung
CONCLUSION
The supposed photo of a poster is of course not real, but a montage of three images: the frame and text come from a real recruitment poster, the picture of the woman from a photo interview and Sasha Gray's head from a series premiere. The US actress had expressed solidarity with Ukraine in the past, and since then she has been attacked several times by Russian bloggers. Photos of her served as the basis for memes and propaganda.
