In an email and on a page linked therein, the impression is given that the “Saturn” retail chain is looking for product testers.
According to that email, you should simply choose a Saturn product to test in order to take part in a competition.
This is what this email looks like with the subject “ Test technology for free and keep it!” " out of:

The email says:
“Do you love technology, but don’t have the necessary change?
Then we have just what you are looking for! Apply now and get the chance to test a product! Select a product that you would like to test from SATURN – for example a games console, a television or a tablet and take part in our product test!”
If you click on the link to take part, you will be taken to a page that looks like it is from “Saturn” and offers various technology products for supposed testing:

Once you have decided on a product, you should enter your data:

Be careful of the small print!
Many Internet users are blinded by the “Saturn” logo and the greed to get hold of expensive technology products and enter their data voluntarily. But this is not “Saturn”.
The operator himself writes in the lower part of the form:
E2Ma GmbH, online profit direct. de and www.technik-testen. com and its sponsors and named partners named in the data protection declaration will use my information for market research, for target group and customer profile analyses, as well as for advertising offers that meet my recognizable interests, from different industries and organizations (e.g. non-profit organizations) exclusively for the respective purpose Use the communication channel specified by the sponsor.
For this purpose, E2Ma GmbH may pass on my information to sponsors and partners who are named and whose questions I provide information on. These companies may also send me free product samples. I can also do so without consent by sending a postcard with the keyword “www.technik-testen. com” take part in the competition. I can revoke my consent at any time by sending an informal email to the address given in the legal notice.
The organizer is only interested in the PERSONAL DATA!
You have to be clear: these “competition affiliates” are not illegal, but the use of the Saturn logo is legally extremely dubious. It is the goal of the organizers/operators to obtain as many data sets as possible in order to be able to sell them to “sponsors” or similar companies, because data sets are commercial goods.
This means that it is about creating complete and correct data sets, which are sold for advertising purposes.
The partners who use these “partner programs” (affiliates) receive a commission per data record. The better the driving force, i.e. the lure method set up beforehand, the more data sets will be produced in the end. This isn't new, but it's not illegal either .
This is NOT the real organizer (in this case Saturn), it is merely “installed” and represents the final goal in the linking game.

Conclusion
As early as 2017, we warned about this alleged tester portal from Saturn, which, however, is not the retail chain, but data collectors. Whether there will ever be a prize or a free product is doubtful. What you are guaranteed to get, however, is a whole lot of spam via email, SMS, telephone and post!
