The claim
A picture purports to show how students in Lemberg, Ukraine, celebrated Adolf Hitler's birthday by forming the swastika in a formation.
Our conclusion
The photo comes from Penza, Russia, in 2016, when the 55th anniversary of the first manned space flight was celebrated here on “Cosmonaut Day” on April 12th.
In the photo you can see students lined up in a formation. Apparently this formation reminds some users of the swastika. Which it isn't. One look at the picture in question is enough to realize that, if that were the case, it would be misrepresented. But that doesn't seem to bother users.
According to users, this photo was taken on April 20, 2022 in Lviv, Ukraine.
It’s being shared and captioned like “Gosh, this is so sick. No Nazis in Ukraine, what nonsense” ( HERE ) or “THERE IS NO NAZISM IN UKRAINE. This is Lviv. School children only. “We just celebrated Hitler’s birthday on April 20th in Ukraine, where, as we know, there is no Nazism” ( HERE ).

Origin of the photo
If you do a reverse image search, you will quickly come across results from 2016 from the Russian “Cosmonaut Day”. This is a memorial day that is celebrated annually on April 12th and commemorates the first manned flight into space: On April 12th, 1961, Yuri Gagarin orbited the earth with the “Vostok 1”.
The formation in the picture shows the number “55” and thus commemorates the 55th anniversary of Yuri Gagarin's space flight.
This was also reported on the Russian news site GTRK Penza ( HERE ). You can read about the event on this page:
“The mass action “Conquest of Space” took place on Tuesday, April 12 in the center of Penza in honor of the first manned flight into space. The highlight of the event could be seen from the roof of the youth center. The participants of the flash mob lined up in the shape of the numbers “55,” which means the 55th anniversary of the first manned flight into space, and at the same time released balloons into the sky.”
GTRK Penza, April 12, 2016
In a video from the Penza state television and radio company “GTRK” with the title “On Cosmonaut Day, the participants of the flash mob in Penza lined up in the “55” row” you can also see the formation of the number “55” (at min 00:57)

Not Lviv, but Penza. Not Ukraine, but Russia.
As can be learned from the reports from 2016, these celebrations took place in Penza. Penza is a city in Russia.
on Yandex , where you can see the square in front of the youth center with its striking red-gray pattern.

Conclusion
The photo is not from Ukraine and was not taken recently. It also does not show a celebration of Hitler's birthday, nor is the symbol depicted a swastika.
These are photos of “Cosmonaut Day” from April 12, 2016. The formation that can be seen in the photo represents the number “55” - to commemorate the 55th anniversary of Yuri's first manned space flight Gagarin on April 12, 1961.
