The claim
Videos are supposed to show people who all suffered heart attacks at the same time due to vaccinations.
Our conclusion
The videos show victims of mass panic during a Halloween celebration in Seoul.
It is bad enough in itself when, every time a well-known personality dies or becomes seriously ill, anti-vaxxers claim, without any background knowledge, that the COVID-19 vaccinations are to blame. Things get even more distasteful when it comes to the victims of a mass panic in Seoul, who are of course also said to have died from vaccinations or even HAARP .
The claims
For example, here someone posts on Twitter showing people and paramedics lying on the street, along with the claim that people were dying from vaccinations:

QAnon supporters go one better: Of course it must be due to targeted, deadly radiation:

The sad solution: mass panic in Seoul
The two videos in question have only been online since last weekend and are proven to come from Seoul, clearly visible from the shops in the background (see HERE and HERE on Google Street View).

Both videos were taken at two locations near Itaewon World Food Street, where a mass panic with more than 150 deaths occurred during a Halloween celebration on the night of October 29th to 30th (local time).

Numerous other videos (see HERE and HERE and HERE and HERE ) also show the rescue efforts.
Conclusion
The vaccination rate in South Korea is quite high , so it almost makes sense if someone says that this or that happened to XY people who were vaccinated... which of course implies that something only happened because the people were vaccinated, which is absolute nonsense. especially in a tragic event like a mass panic like what happened in Seoul.
It shows a special form of bad taste when opponents of vaccination exploit the dead and injured in a mass panic for their agenda.
Also interesting: The claim is currently circulating on social media that Australian farmers are being forced by the DPI (The Department of Primary Industries) to have their cattle vaccinated with an mRNA vaccine.
These vaccinations are said to have led to many deaths. – No mRNA vaccines for cattle have yet been approved in Australia
