The claim
Two sharepics show Daniel Cohn-Bendit, the logo of the party “The Greens” and a text that refers to sex and eroticism by and with children.
Our conclusion
The first sharepic is not a quote from Cohn-Bendit, but rather a demand from parts of the Greens in the early 1980s.
The second sharepic is an actual quote, which Cohn-Bendit says is misleading.
These are these sharepics:

On the first sharepic it says: “ Sexual intercourse between parents and children must remain unpunished ”, on the second sharepic, this time in quotation marks: “ When a 5-year-old girl starts to undress, it is an incredibly erotic game ”.
The first sharepic is not a quote
You can dig deep into documents, publications, interviews and articles, ___STEADY_PAYWALL___ but nowhere could we find any evidence that Daniel Cohn-Bendit ever made this statement at any time. The colleagues at Correctiv tried to track down the alleged quote, but were also unsuccessful: It is not a real quote from Cohn-Bendit - and this is also the reason why it is not in quotation marks.
However, the text on the sharepic is not completely taken out of thin air, but it is also not up to date.
At the beginning of the 1980s, parts of the Green Party tried to bring about a change in sexual criminal law. The impunity of pedophile relationships should be anchored in the party program. Sex between parents and children is not explicitly mentioned, but sexual relationships between adults and children/young people are mentioned.
In 2016, the party itself published a document that was over 300 pages long entitled “ Reappraisal and Responsibility ,” which addressed many very controversial points in its policy at the time.
This is what it says on pages 11 and 12:
“In the debate about the decriminalization of sexual criminal law, there was an attempt by pedophile interest groups in the Green Party, especially in the early 1980s, to anchor the impunity of pedophile relationships in the political program. One thing is clear to us: These demands were never acceptable. Consequences should have been drawn much earlier.”
Cohn-Bendit, who only joined the party in 1984, long after the debates were already underway, denied in an interview in the document that he was part of that debate.
The second sharepic is a real quote

Cohn-Bendit actually said provocatively starting at 0:44 When a little girl of five or five and a half starts taking off her clothes, that's fantastic. It's fantastic because it's an incredibly erotic game. “.
In an interview with Spiegel in 2013, Cohn-Bendit described his appearance at the time as “ugly and confused” and explained his words as follows:
“Children’s Sexuality. Not sex with children. That's a big difference. Even in this TV show I just say that when a child does this and that, it has an erotic power.
If you're not a pedophile, and I'm not a pedophile, something like that isn't provocative. I found it appealing in the sense I just explained: I admired the strength and will of the children.”

In addition, with the statement, Cohn-Bendit wanted to provoke the writer Paul Guth, who was also present on the talk show, who was of the opinion that there is no such thing as child sexuality, whereupon Cohn-Bendit wanted to prove with the scene described that children can become sexually active through mock seduction could build an erotic relationship with adults, but this does not immediately mean that the adult will respond to it.
Conclusion: The first Sharepic is not a quote from Cohn-Bendit, but rather a demand from parts of the Greens in the early 80s.
The second sharepic is an actual quote, which Cohn-Bendit says is misleading.
