Criminals are currently sending SMS messages advertising a crypto investment trap. The link included leads to a fraudulent investment platform. Do not provide any information here – otherwise you risk losing a lot of money!
An SMS advertises a crypto investment platform. It is unclear how the criminals get the names and telephone numbers of the recipients. What is clear, however, is that the link included leads to fraudulent investment advertising. The included link, Sichernow.com, leads to an advertising website for crypto investments. If you register on Sichernow.com, you will be redirected to CryptoPrime - a dubious trading platform. Particularly perfidious, the website uses the logos of the Kronen Zeitung and the Financial Market Authority to advertise.

Have you also received a text message asking you to watch a video on Sichernow.com? The content of the message reported to us is:
Watch this video Sichernow.com. You should try it too!
After clicking on the link, you will be redirected to a website that promises security in uncertain times through big profits with crypto investments. Everything on the website urges visitors to sign up for SecureNow. The lure is with big winnings: “Start with €250 and earn €1,370 this week!”
The catch: these promises are baseless. If you register on Secure Now (sichernow.com), an account is created on the Crypto Prime platform (trade.cryptoprime.eu or cryptoprime.eu). Here you have the opportunity to upload copies of your ID and photos from your own credit card. We strongly advise you not to disclose your data on this platform! Because the platform is a dubious provider that is not registered in the European Union.
How to know that this crypto investment platform is fraudulent
- Promises of high profits for small investments: Fraudulent platforms lure people with unrealistic offers.

- No imprint: Always look for an imprint. If there isn't one, stay away!
- Advertising: Did you find out about a great investment opportunity through an ad on social networks, an online newspaper article, an SMS or in a Telegram group? Caution: Fraudulent platforms are known for advertising very intensively.
Have you already invested? This is what needs to be done now
- Do not make any further deposits! Don't let supposed consultants put you under pressure.
- Report it to the police .
- Contact your bank or credit card company. It may be possible to get the money back.
- Report the platform to the Financial Market Authority and to the Internet Watchlist .
