After we reported in the past about an SMS with “AT-HKM32013” or “DE-HKM32013” about “undeliverable parcel!” from DHL, a new variant with “CH-HKM32013” has joined these subscription traps.
Be careful of “AT-HKM32013”, “DE-HKM32013” or “CH-HKM32013”. A link in the SMS leads to a fake DHL website. Because it was too heavy, 2 euros would now have to be paid. Attention: The message comes from criminals and is intended to lure recipients into a subscription trap!
Once again, fraudulent SMS messages are being sent in the name of a shipping company. You may also receive an SMS from the sender “TrackInfo” with the following content:
Version 1: AT-HKM32013
AT-HKM32013: Undeliverable package!
Status: Your shipment has been stopped at the distribution center.
Track your shipment:
Version 2: DE-HKM32013
DE-HKM32013: Undeliverable package!
Status: Your shipment has been stopped at the distribution center.

Version 3: CH-HKM32013
CH-HKM32013: Undeliverable package!
Status: Your shipment has been stopped at the distribution center.

If you follow the link you will end up on a fake DHL website. Here you will be shown that you can track your package. If you click on *Search*, you will see the following message:

Your package was allegedly stopped because the maximum weight was exceeded. For this reason you will have to pay an outstanding amount of 2 euros to continue the shipping.
Hidden cost information and subscription
Apart from the fact that the message comes from criminals, is not sent by DHL and the package does not exist, paying will land you in a subscription trap.

Highlighted in red you will find the first hidden cost information. This is as follows:
By clicking Continue, you agree to our Terms of Service. You can find out how we collect, use and share your data in our data policy. Our Cookie Policy explains how we use cookies and similar technologies Healthfulonline.com is a product based on an automatic subscription 71.00 eur and is renewed at the end of the 5-day trial period, unless it is canceled before the end of this Date canceled.
In the last step you should enter your credit card details. There is another cost note hidden here:
All new users take part in a competition for the product shown. The winner will be notified by telephone or email. The campaign ends on December 31, 2019. This is a special offer that includes a 5-day trial for the associated subscription service. If this trial version is not canceled, the full membership fee of EUR 71.00 will be deducted from your credit card every 30 days.
The payment of the 2 euros does not serve to further send a package!
Instead, you start a membership with an unknown service that will cost you 71 euros per month and will be automatically deducted from your credit card.
There is also talk of a “competition for the product shown”. However, no device was ever shown throughout the entire process. We therefore assume that this is the same payment site as, for example, the scam that we documented Be careful with alleged competitions from Magenta, A1, Drei or Liwest The “product shown” in this case was a smartphone.

Have you fallen into the “CH-HKM32013” trap?
Search for provider contact information. You may find a note about this on your credit card statement. Demand immediate termination of the unlawfully concluded contract and a refund of all amounts.
If this remains unsuccessful, contact your credit card provider. Request a refund of any debited amounts that you did not knowingly release.
DHL already denied any connection to the scam in December 2019:
We know that this page is not ours because we receive a warning message when we access this link. Best regards ^TD
