And again, users have to comment with #ran.
A summer fake returns and once again encourages tens of users to comment. But this is just a trick to gain subscribers.
It's about the claim that if you comment #ran, a snake would snake across the screen:
Image in plain text:
Facebook has come up with something nasty but cool again. Type #RAN in the comments and the snake will appear on your screen
The only nasty thing here is that it's a trick and Facebook doesn't support this function at all.
Nevertheless, in just one day, almost 62,000 ( !!! ) Facebook users were enticed to comment. This time it's just about snakes, last year there was also talk of spiders and cats...

Everything is just a fake!
This supposed function that Facebook came up with is actually various apps for smartphones. So if you want to see a snake like this on your display, you first have to download the app in question.
Those who pass off such an app as a Facebook function simply want to get new subscribers to their profiles by commenting on other users. So commenting #ran doesn't make much sense in and of itself.
And even if the creators aren't up to any harm and don't link to an external website or even a Trojan, they're still kidding the users.
