Killjoy kama! Now they're even taking the fun away from us!
A photo shows two construction workers who appear to have accidentally locked their van in an area cordoned off with bollards. You might think so. At least that's the message. Admittedly, this is of course a little amusing. You work wildly around yourself all day and in the end you don't realize that you've worked hard.
The picture is said to have different locations, for example Manchester (England), Dublin (Ireland), and Norman (Oklahoma). The correct location shown in this image is the Astley House office tower at 23 Quay Street, Manchester.
Well, it's impossible to tell now whether the workers shown actually installed the bollards before the picture was taken or whether they were doing a completely different type of work at a location where the bollards were already there. Because if you know the solution, then it is clear to you that the steel bollards could have already been there.
Contrary to popular belief, not all bollards are immovable posts that are glued into holes in the ground and require a lot of excavation to remove. The bollards shown in the photo above are a type of bollard that screws into sockets mounted on or below the ground and can therefore be easily removed, replaced or replaced with blind caps.
So leaving the work area is not as problematic as it might seem at first glance: to get the car out of the work area, the workers only had to unlock a few bollards that are stuck into the ground with a locking system. There are a variety of barrier posts that can be plugged in and that's exactly what we're dealing with here. The workers' end of work is therefore guaranteed.
