On Halloween, the evening before All Saints' Day, going from house to house in scary costumes, demanding candy and playing pranks is quite popular. The police appeal to horror fans to celebrate peacefully.

“Trick or Treat”: There are pranks that are not funny but rather punishable.

If pranks cross the line into criminal offenses, there are consequences. For example, anyone who sets fire to their neighbor's mailbox with fireworks is committing a crime. Anyone who sprays paint on cars or house facades must also expect criminal charges. Because such pranks are damage to property and not trivial offenses and will be consistently prosecuted by the police in all cases! Even those who were just a part of a “prank” may have to face consequences.

The police appeal to parents:

Talk specifically to your children about the possible dangers and consequences. Use examples to show them where the fun ends and the seriousness begins so that there are no unpleasant consequences!
