In the video you can obviously see several “bat creatures” swimming in the water, at the end of the video a picture of a “bat creature” is shown - but we see two different animals! However, it is by no means one (or two) paranormal beings, but rather two species of animals that you see in the video!
This video is about:
The animals in the water
In the first seconds of the film you see several animals swimming in the water on a pier at night.

These animals are Aplysia , of which there are several genera, such as brasiliana , fasciata and californica . In German, these sea snails are often simply called sea hares (not to be confused with the fish genus ), as their antennae are vaguely reminiscent of rabbit ears.
Even if you would think that (sea) snails move slowly, Aplysia usually swim quite elegantly in the water, as you can see in this short video:
The animal at the end of the video
Very briefly at the end of the video you can see a hairless animal with skin between its limbs.

It is a colugo , a mammal native to the rainforest of Southeast Asia, which is also called the giant glider or flying lemur When fully grown, the animals are the size of a cat with a flight span of up to 70 centimeters.
Conclusion
You can see two different “bat creatures” in the video: a Colugo (flying lemur) and several Aplysia (sea slugs) – so no horror and nothing paranormal.
