Facebook doesn't really care when data collectors advertise under false pretenses.
And so it happens again and again that you see sponsored posts that supposedly promise you free trial packages for various products. There is currently an advertisement circulating that apparently comes from “Fressnapf”.

A site called “Le.Fressnaf.Online” (should that be French?) wastes no words: “Click here” must suffice as a description under the image “Get a test package for Fressnapf”.

Where do you go if you click on the advertisement?
We show you this in this picture gallery:
Insidious: Phrases like “Help us understand how we can improve” intentionally give the impression that this is an official survey and competition from “Fressnapf”.
But as can be clearly seen in the last picture in the gallery: the organizer is CEOO Marketing GmbH, “Fressnapf” has absolutely nothing to do with the supposed competition (which, by the way, is not supposed to end until January 2021 !)!
Maybe I'll win something after all?
That is more than unlikely. The main aim of such data collection companies is to get to as many addresses as possible, to which a lot of advertising and spam in the form of calls, emails and post are then sent.
The end of the competition was also deliberately set far into the future: in just under a year, no one will think about the fact that they might have won, and experience has shown that these pages only exist for a few days or weeks... for good reason, too, since these companies deal with the misuse of the logos, in this case from “Fressnapf”, punishable under trademark law !

Conclusion
If Facebook doesn't care about stopping such data collection advertising, you as a user have to pay attention yourself:
Don't click on such offers about supposedly free test packages or prizes, and never enter your data there!
