The German Basic Law has existed since May 1949. But is it no longer valid? Or is Germany still occupied?

At least this is the impression a sharepic would like to give, which is often shared by so-called “Reich citizens”: The Basic Law is only a means of occupation law, this would even be in a legal dictionary.

The sharepic about the Basic Law

The sharepic says:

“Definition of the Basic Law:
A Basic Law is a means of occupation law to create peace and order in an area occupied by an act of war. Given by the victorious power (or powers), for the temporary administrative body (FRG).

(Creifeld's legal dictionary 17th edition published by CH Beck Munich 2002)

The claim was made back in 2013, in the forum of the “Volksbetrug .net” site:

The claim about the Basic Law has existed for a long time

What does it really say?

This legal dictionary actually exists, and “ Reichling's Blog ” also took the trouble to borrow exactly that book from the Rhineland-Palatinate State Library in 2013. As evidence, he also took several photos to support his evidence. This is exactly the edition that is also on the sharepic, and here is the definition of the Basic Law:

Nowhere in the definition of the Basic Law is the text from the Sharepic found!

Conclusion

The text on the sharepic is a purely fantasy definition, which is mentioned again and again in Reich citizen circles. However, not a single legal dictionary, not even the source mentioned in the sharepic, says that the Basic Law is a means of occupation law in an occupied territory!

It's already strange enough when various citizens of the Reich build fantasy states, but also spread crude fakes and falsify specialist literature in order to underline their illegitimate demands and claims?

Reich citizen demands “ read it for yourself in his Facebook posting. Just embarrassing for him if this is actually done.
