This is said to have been shown on Polish television. Accordingly, parts of Ukraine would go to Poland, Hungary, Romania and Russia.
This map appears in several posts on social media platforms, such as here on Facebook .

We are talking here about an invasion of Ukraine by Poland. The layout is described in another Facebook post

“Excitement over a map that was presented on Polish television, on Telewizja Polska SA, the public television in Poland.

On the map, Ukraine is presented in pieces, blue and yellow - as a landlocked state - around Kiev, while the east and the The entire Black Sea coast is shown in red, meaning it belongs to Russia.
The west of Ukraine, around the city of Lviv, which is called Lwow in Polish and was previously called Lemberg in Habsburg times, is shown in yellow on this map, i.e. Polish. Hungary also gets its piece of the Ukrainian cake, namely the Hungarian-speaking areas - in green. Even Romania-purple-receives Bukovina.”
The Facebook user writes about the broadcast on Poland's public television: Telewizja Polska SA (TVP).
You can actually find an article here that shows the map and discusses the division of Ukraine. This article is from March 23, 2014 and also explains the background to this cartographic representation.
Letter from Vladimir Zhirinovsky to the Polish Foreign Ministry
State Duma deputy Vladimir Zhirinovsky, in a letter to the Polish Foreign Ministry in 2014, offered to take part in the redistribution of Ukraine and “recover the territory that historically belonged to him.”
A similar “offer” was made to Hungary and Romania for the Zakarpattia and Chernivtsi regions, as TVP writes in its article:
“The Polish Foreign Ministry has received an official letter from the State Duma with a proposal to divide Ukrainian territory.
Excerpt from TVP, March 23, 2014 / translated with DeepL
This information was obtained by journalists from the TVP1 news channel. Deputy Chairman of the State Duma and leader of the LDPR faction, Vladimir Zhirinovsky, suggests that Poland calls for a referendum on the accession of the five western regions of Ukraine - Volhynia, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil and Rivne - to our country.
A similar “offer” was made to Hungary and Romania for the Zakarpattia and Chernivtsi regions.
Only the central part of Ukraine would remain within its borders. The writing is “bizarre.”
The Polish Foreign Ministry sees the letter as a “curiosity”. Vladimir Zhirinovsky will receive a polite response without going into the content of his letter.”
The proposal would allow central Ukraine to be free from "unnecessary tensions," the letter continued, Reuters reported on March 24, 2014. Polish Foreign Ministry spokesman Marcin Wojciechowski dismissed the letter as a "complete curiosity." and regretted that some Russians “still think about the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact (German-Soviet Non-Aggression Pact, also Hitler-Stalin Pact).”
Zhirinovsky wrote in his letter: “It is never too late to correct historical mistakes.”
The press service also told Interfax that letters had been sent to the embassies of Poland, Hungary and Romania.
Conclusion
The map currently being shared on social media is not current , but was created in response to a letter from Vladimir Zhirinovsky in which he made offers to Poland, Hungary and Romania about redistribution of Ukrainian regions in 2014. These were illustrated on the map. The Polish Foreign Ministry described the letter as a “complete curiosity.”
The map comes from a report by the Polish television station Telewizja Polska SA (TVP) from March 23, 2014. Ergo, there is no connection here with the current war in Ukraine. There are currently no plans for Poland to invade Ukraine.
